Return Policy

Cannabis products in original packaging with the seal in-tact, accompanied by the original sales receipt, may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Accessories, with the exception of vape batteries, metal lighters and grinders, are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Defective vape batteries and grinders, accompanied by the original sales receipt, may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Defective Clipper Metal Lighters, accompanied by the original sales receipt, may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.
